New to VA, need a mechanic

Recently moved to the Stafford, VA area and I need a mechanic for my 2019 Ram 1500 5.7 Hemi. I had an intermittent misfire on cylinder 4. I replaced the spark plugs and the ignition coil. I had the injectors replaced at a local Firestone. The misfire remained. Firestone told me I need to take my truck to the dealership to have the PCM flashed with new software. Now the misfire has become consistent. I also now have a noticeable lifter tick. Looking for a recommendation for a mechanic in Fredericksburg area up to the Woodbridge area.
