I must say that I have had my new 2019 Ram for 3 weeks now and I love it except for the gas, wow its bad! 11.7mpg and I drive it easy! Hopefully it will get better, if not I will just learn to deal with it! LOL.

That seems really low for a 2WD Big Horn..but give it time. Now if it was a 4x4 Rebel I'd say that's about normal mpg.

I've had my 2019 Ram quad cab 1500 for two weeks and have 2000 miles on her. My average mpg runs from 19.8 to 20.5. Very pleased with the mpg considering shes a full size pickup. My 2014 toy tacoma which I traded with 144000 miles on it was getting the same mpg. So I've moved up in size and luxury and not that big a drop in mpg. Very happy with my decision to trade up.

That sounds pretty low, especially for a 2 Wheel drive. Get the oil changed and also make a note of the Gasoline quality and type and possibly get a full tank from Shell or Costco which both have very high quality gasoline.
