Hi, A few months ago I traded in my 2017 Ram 1500 for a new 2020 MegaCab 2500 Laramie 4x4 OffRoad. I need something to haul a bigger trailer. We got the Mega Cab because my son was not really comfortable riding in the back of the quad cab.. I loved my old truck and I really love this truck..

At 3000 miles the truck died and wouldn't start... turns out it blew up the fuel pump (from what service writer says is happening a bunch, he had 6 trucks on the lot with same issue) it shot metal through the whole fuel system.... he said it has been taking 2 months to get the parts (everything except fuel tank) to fix it... He said to cal FCA (Fiat Chrysler Automobiles) and get it escalated... trust me I did... I had the truck back in 3 weeks... all under warranty... the parts bill alone was 16k...

Hopefully the rest of your ownership is trouble free. I know quite a few people with Cummins 2500’s and they are pretty bait proof. Sweet looking truck.

Yeah that is a sweet ride, too bad that happened. Hopefully you are good to go now.
