I got the B2 Fab Magna Flow in yesterday. I am very happy with my decision because I wanted my Hemi to have a little growl without being overbearing. I was hesitating to do anything because I pull a 31 foot travel trailer in the summer and didn't want annoying drone or cabin resonance when pulling and using higher RPM's. The B2 Fab Magna Flow is perfect for those that want a less extreme exhaust note.

I have been thinking about getting the B2 Magnaflow Myself. My concern is similar to yours in that I don't want an annoying drone or a lot of noise when towing. Have you actually tried it towing yet?

No, the camper is in storage for the winter. But I have (ahem) gotten the RPM's up on the highway. No drone, nothing but good sound. I kept the stock muffler in the event that there is any problem in spring when I get the camper out of storage. These mufflers are popular and most likely an easy sale used.

I have a B2 Magnaflow on my RAM, tow a 6000 lb trailer, and it doesn't drone, but it leaves no doubt the exhaust is modified pulling a hill or running hard. Won't drown out the radio but sure lets you know you are producing horsepower. Otherwise, nice mellow sound.

The Magnaflow does not have drone so if that's what you are concerned about...put that concern to rest. Many of us have it and the Magnaflow is a top tier muffler with a straight through design that doesn't drone at all. Highly recommend!

I'm in the market for a direct fit muffler and have gone back and forth between the myriad of the options available (carven, all three of B2's offerings, flowmaster outlaw, flowfx, etc) and have come to the conclusion that I want an application that has no drone whatsoever since my truck is our primary family vehicle and my infant son rides in it, daily.

Is the B2 MF a significant noticeable sound difference from stock? The clips and videos out there aren't very helpful (some of them don't even sound any different from OEM). I'm looking for no drone but a significant upgrade from the stock sound, something with growl/throatiness that can turn heads and livens up the HEMI but isn't obnoxious. I know sound is subjective and others have reported that you really have to experience the sound in person.

Thoughts?

B2 sounds close to stock with additional growl and throatiness until you step on the gas then it makes some noise. Perfect for what I am looking for. ZERO drone!
