Highly recommend filing a claim using the Ram website. It's easy and takes 5 minutes, but outs you in the que to escalate your situation. There's various levels of authority at ramcares. My experience has been you need to have a claim in the system to keep elevating it. Also, if your truck is in the dealer for an extended amount of time fixing something, absolutely request reimbursement on your car loan if you have one, I received reimbursement when I had issues and my truck and was in and out of the dealer when I first got it.
