New Lugs Required?

When switching from stock BH 18s to BH 20s do you need different lugs or are all RAM lugs the same? (Both are 6 lug pattern)

Should be the same. My dad has a 2020 Limited with 20" wheels and they are the same nuts that are on my 2019 Big Horn with 18" wheels.

I think the wheel studs are all the same for the 6-lug 1500 DT.

Lugs are the same, you only need new lugs with aftermarket wheels because they typically use a tapered cone seat where the OEM wheels use a bulge type lug.
