I have seen something similar to that happen. One side had chrome trim around the windows and the other side had black trim. They didn't notice it until they had already driven home but still were able to fix it. Kind of funny if you ask me.

Make sure there are no chips in the paint above the grill on the hood. Mine had 1 probably from a test drive. Also, make sure the drain plugs between the bed and the cab are installed correctly. Most have been incorrectly installed from factory and if you are getting one issue fixed might as well get another fixed at the same time.
Yes the dealership had a laugh about it, not their fault.. I saw it right away, part already ordered they said 2 days. I ordered chrome, but either way I could only get chrome as that's what linked to the VIN.
@Trfnj74 Not sure if you traded anything in but since you just purchased your Ram you may qualify for this Allstate $250 rebate. You don't have to be an Allstate policy holder either.
