Thanks for the add! I have been around the forums for quite a few years, and been in multiple trucks (2005 1500 5.7, 2007 2500 5.9, 2002 2500 5.9). These forums have also cost me a TON of money and shown me that I can't leave any vehicle alone lol.
I traded my old 02 CTD for my current 16 MegaDually a couple of years ago. Since then, I have spent half a fortune on it.. including my current project of a 2nd gen turbo swap. During a recent snow storm, my wife got her 18 Chrysler Pacifica S stuck in the snow and told me that she needed a 4WD vehicle for herself by winter 2022. So of course, not staying on any sort of timeline, started looking. Low and behold, Carvana offered us only $2k less than what we paid new for her Pacifica with 40k miles. This gave us enough of a down payment to justify getting her a truck....
In comes her "new" 2019 CC 5.7 eTorque Big Horn 4x4. So far, it's been excellent, with only a few minor hiccups, all manageable and due to the dealer/previous owner. It just went in for tint and a bedliner this past week and added some nice mudflaps. Next up are getting rid of the awful step bars and getting some Amp power steps, and then to convince her on suspension. I have been following @ferraiolo1 and his lowering thread, and I am honestly considering this route for this truck. I have always been a lifted guy, with my dually currently on 35x12.5s, but this may be a nice change, and honestly more family friendly with 2 little ones (my excuse to my wife to let me spend money lol). I also have to get rid of the awful stock exhaust, and get something with just a nice low rumble. Not anything like my straight piped 6.7, just something that you know it's there (family friendly remember?).
So I guess we will see how this circus goes... if it's anything like the past, itt'l be a good ride for sure.
