Hey guys new to the forums here. I have been lurking for the past few months and now that I'm getting closer to placing my order I've ran into a problem I'm hoping I can get help with. So my build is a 2019 Ram Bighorn 4x4 CC 5.7ft box,NON E-Torque. I've added the Off Road package, Level 2 group, Premium Led and Ram box. Now when I go to select fuel tank if I click on the 26 Gal it wants me to add the E-torque Hemi. If I try to select the 33gal it wants me to drop the level 2 & led package and add the level 1 equipment group. I can't figure out especially with the 33gal why I couldn't have the level 2 and led package?? I'm coming from a 2016 F-150 that had a 35 gal tank and I don't think a 23 gal tank would cut it especially when towing.
I'm grateful for finding this community as I've learned a lot, especially the whole towing package fiasco. So thanks!!

Try another trim when adding options. Sometimes certain trims only allow certain options.

Thirdly, which you might know, sometimes factory or supply hiccups introduce temporary restrictions of options or combinations.

Best bet to get to a dealer and let them tell you what Dealer Connect says.

Thanks guys. I’ll contact the dealer and see if he can add the 33gal tank.

Dealer will definitely be able to add. I had the same issue when building big horns a few months back on the Ram Site, but my truck is proof that the combination you want is possible in real life. It’s just a website glitch.

I can confirm it too, I think. My specs are on my signature which have most of your requirements. I bought mine off the lot, but the window sticker shows 26 gallon and then two lines down it shows 33 gallon but at an added price of $425 (mine is the Quad Cab--so details could be different on a CC I guess).

I don't even think you can get a 23 gallon tank in a non-etorque; I think what's happening is that the standard tank is 26 gallon, so when you select the 26 gallon as an add-on option it forces you to select etorque.

Sounds like a glitch as others have said, and it should not be displaying the 26 gallon option at all if you haven't already selected etorque. Something similar happens when you selected "Sport Hood Delete" for the Laramie; it pops up the requirement of needing to select a level 1 or level 2 equipment package, which makes no sense at all and is some builder glitch with not lining properly to the sport package.

I ran into the same thing. Two different dealers told me they can order it with 33 gallon tank and level 2 no problem.
