New 5th-Gen 1500 Fuse / Relay / Circuit Breaker Diagrams & Documentation

Same!

Yeah I’d be all over looking for one if it weren’t a warranty repair. I’m at the mercy of the process at this point. I did do a quick 2 minute search and didn’t find any in stock anywhere.
If it’s a warranty repair the dealer should be able to figure that out for you

Update on mine - tailgate module and body control module were both bad. Both were replaced under warranty this morning. A good experience with Hendrick CDJR in Concord NC if anyone in the area happens to stumble upon this post. I had to leave the truck overnight for initial diagnostics, and overnight again yesterday once the tailgate module was swapped and it was discovered the BCM was bad. All the loaners were out both times, but they booked Uber's to and from the dealer / home so I didn't have to worry.

I'm aware this is an older thread, but I've got a question. Are the empty slots labeled as "spare" useable? I've be unsuccessfully attempting to find a useable slot to add a fuse tap that is only active when ignition is on. I've pretty much tried every dang slot, and jus cannot find one to give this power. Even the used slots that get hot with key don't show me power thru the tap, only the ones that are always hot seem to work! Do I need to run the wire thru the firewall to the internal fuse panel?
This is a pic of my underhood fuse panel.
I sure miss the old days where you could take apart a truck or car completely and reassemble it better than new!

Spare is just a spare fuse, it's not wired.

The short answer is: No.

First line in this factory publication is "Ram 1500 DT trucks do not have upfitter switched battery circuits available under hood" You'll have to use a fuse tap under the dash. There is a rubber nipple passing through the firewall that you can slit and feed a wire through.

Im hearing a clicking sound when I hold my windshield washer button, when I press it to use my windshield wipers theres no click. It sounds like its a relay for the washer fluid pump but I cant find anything online about it or where its located

There have been a lot of people asking to make this a sticky so you can easily find it whenever you may need it. These requests have gone unanswered by the forum admins, so I just want to remind everyone that all the information here can always be found on this website that I created for it. The website will also work well on smartphones, so simply bookmark it. That way, if you're ever on the road and need it quickly, it will always be with you (provided you have internet access). There are also downloadable pdf versions that you can store on your computer and/or smartphone. You can also print the pdf versions (although the included links will obviously not be available).

Let me know if you would like any improvements or additions. I'm still trying to find the functions of circuit breakers CB1-CB4. If anyone knows their function or has access to the wiring schematics, please let me know.

New here.. but thanks for work on the fuses. Unfortunately, I must be the only goofball that can't figure out how to download or print the google document. First, I am not a google document fan, but after much reading, apparently when I pull up the google document you have linked, in both chrome and MS Edge I right clikc on the page and select Print. I change to save as .pdf... but it only shows the top of the page (a portion of the fuse descriptions). Everything below that is blank. I've tried everything to get the browser to display the whole page when attempting to print. Someone said to change the all pages, to custom.. but that doesn't work either. I've seen you mention there is .pdf versions somewhere. I've looked all over this thread for the links to the .pdf, but the only links are to the crappy google document pages. I'd like to download a complete copy of this fuse info. Please help. Btw, I am on a Windows 10 computer.
