Just installed new wheels and tires. Very minor rubbing when turning sharp but not a big deal.

Wow, those are some pretty low profile tires for a big heavy 4x4...how does it ride?

The combo looks good! Did you lower the truck too?

Those tires look painted on. If you lowered the rear a couple inches it would basically be pornography

The ride is actually pretty good, it probably helps having factory air ride.
Not lowered, i just have the air ride set to entry/exit mode.

Okay, I didn't even think about the truck having the air suspension; too bad you can't drive around in that setting as the stance seems just right with the wheel/tire combo!

Now you guys got me thinking about lowering my truck. I actually found these online that basically trick the air ride to sit lower, might give them a try.

They work. Adjustment is just about an inch or more before the system has an error. I seen people post about making their own links for way less.

This is with stock front links and homemade rear links. Dont have the exact length of rear, but about an 1/16th of an inch longer than front stock links. This is in Entry/Exit mode, there would be no driving here as it is pretty much slammed in the back to axle. I took out the rubber bumpers and i am going to trim them down just to have something that is not metal to metal. When in Aero mode where I drive it, you are 36 1/2" from ground to bottom of fender flare. What I like about this set up is you can use all setting from entry/exit to Off road 2 with no error codes. On aero it is level at 36 1/2", Normal 37 1/2", Off road 1 38 1/2" and 39 1/2" in Off Road 2. I have not towed my boat yet or driven in aero on the highway, but good thing is if its rough or bouncy you just raise to normal. LOVE the look.

Thanks for posting.
I ordered the Revel ones today. I know I could have made them or had someone make them but I don't have the time right now.

**UPDATE**
I ended up putting factory links back on due to the truck bottoming out pretty bad a couple of times on the bump stop cups. Yesterday I cut the bump stop cups off and installed Belltech 5924 Bump stops and what a difference. In Aero mode if you hit a big bump you can tell its contacting bump stops but not bad at all. In normal mode it rides great. Entry exit looks great too, more level and of course sitting on bump stops, but driving through a parking lot or very smooth road does okay.

Where did u find the Belltech bump stops? Cant seem to find a listing

I believe he meant to say BellTech 4924.

Search this:
Belltech Universal Bump Stop Kit (Pair) 3" Tall x 2.5" OD #4924

I just signed up to this forum because I’ve recently purchased a truck myself and found this thread to be informative but towards the end was misled with the wrong part number.

My post above moments ago has the correct part number.

Hemi79. If your reading this, could you share your wheel’s offset? I’m guessing their 24x10 (+25)?

Revel links with 24's and Entry/Exit mode. You really have to fine tune the links for optimum looks and ride. I made many adjustments. The picture below is slightly crooked. but if you look at the spacing between tire and fender lip, you can see is is fairly level. I only wanted a rake of pf around 1/2". thumbnail_IMG_3878.jpg

You can also just cut the factory bump stops on half. It’s what the maxtrac kit has you do.

How do you keep yours on entry/exit? Mine stayed that way for a couple weeks & now keeps entering Aero mode automatically even while I have it turned off in the settings.

I can't. The OP mentioned theirs was set to Entry/Exit for the pic, so I did the same to show the difference in the rear. I put mine in that mode when parked. But like you, I wish I could get it to stay there. But the ride would be terrible.

That’s a sexy *** truck. Lowered but not slammed. The truck looks like a factory sport truck option in my opinion. Which is exactly what I’m shooting for. This black out limited is my recent purchase. Load with every option besides the RamBox and the split tailgate. It has the EcoDiesel option, 4X4, Level 1 Eqp w/ pano roof. Ordered the belltech bump stop, just received my revel links. Will be sitting like yours in a few. Thanks for your help.

Hey Outnumbered,

Do you happen to have a side profile of the truck showing how flush the wheels are to your fenders? Also, have you seen that Vossen now offers a concave version of your wheels. They’re all sold with negative offsets which would stick out too much for my taste but overall look great. Seen a few on some TRXs. Remind me of Vossen’s old CV-5’s that I had on my G35 coupe. Check it out.

Thanks. I don't have a side shot, but will get one. I did know that Vossen was offering the negative offset. I believe another member has ordered the HF6-4 with a -18 offset. I would have liked a deeper wheel, but didn't want anything to stick out past the fender.

As for the links, a word of caution. Ultimately, you will end up lengthening the fronts and shortening the rears to do what you want to do. You can shorten the rears to where there are no threads visible. But if you do that, the Entry/Exit mode will no longer work. In fact if you have them too short at all, it totally confuses the sensor, and the rear will raise significantly, going into "Trailer Jack" mode. This will put the the sensor bracket and link in a bind. If it does this, you will need to go to "Settings" and turn the "Trailer Jack" mode off, and then return the truck to "Normal" setting.

I made another adjustment tonight to where you can only see about 1/4" of threads on the rear link. At that length, I can no longer use the Entry/Exit mode.thumbnail_IMG_3883.jpg
