New Ram purchased June 28th. First pick-up! Drove and maintained a Toyota FJ Cruiser since 2012, before last week. Hurricane 3.0 engine is great but the transmission is clunky in a number of respects. It's been strange. There have been a couple of instances when it slammed into 2nd or 3rd with a hard knock. From start, it doesn't know what it wants to do. I plan on discussing with the dealer's service department but a little knowledge beforehand does a long way.
I appreciate anyone sharing a 30K foot overview while I search the threads as well.
