New 2019 Ram 1500 Limited

Hey all, new to this site and wanted to ask a question. I am looking to add a tonneau cover to my truck, I want a flip back. I also want to add a bed rug, but my question is this. Can a bed rug be installed with the cargo rails with bed lights on it? I have a 2019 Ram 1500 Limited 6.4' bed.
