New 2019 Ram 1500 Crewcab needs replacement rear door window glass

Can anyone provide any tips for reinstalling the rear door window glass? Trying to rotate it from the inside and the glass seems too large to fit. Already broke one....my son owns a glass shop and has never had an issue like this before. Very frustrated....has done previous generation replacements without issue. Thanks in advance if you can help!

Hey, thanks for this. Can you tell me if the front passenger side window replacement procedure is done the same way?
