Been awhile since I posted. I have a 2020 Ram 1500. It was not new when purchased. It had 33in tires on it but the other day I was out and knew that at some point I would need new tires and figured I would stop into the tire place. fast forward, I walked out with Toyo Open Country A/T III's but went up in size. 35x12.50r20 to be exact. Everything was the same from previous tire except the bump from 33 to 35.

It rubs a little, I am attaching 2 photos. Ignore the skeleton as that is my wifes who decorates it for every holiday lol...
I do not mind trimming or wheel spacers but prefer the easiest method. I do 0 offroad. Mainly highway and city but she never sees dirt since it is only 2 wheel drive.

Is this as simple as seeing the rub marks and just trimming at area?

thanks

I found a guide on youtube and I think its fixed. I tested on a normal drive but not a parking lot yet. Anyway, I took the front mudguard off, trimmed like 2 inches of the plastic that goes into the little bracket (that plastic fastener goes into) and then I bent the bracket up. I did hit the bare metal in that bracket with some black paint just to make sure no rust forms later.
