I’ve currently got a 2019 Ram 1500 Laramie with a 3” front level and a 2” rear level.

I have 20x10 -19 offset Fuel wheels to put on the truck. The stock tire size will not fit (275/55r20). So I’m looking for the best tire size to put on these wheels. So what are the best size tires. I don’t want to do any trimming, no rubbing, but I want close to largest tire I can get.

Somewhere in the ballpark of 285/70r20.

Any suggestions?

Why wouldn’t the stock tire fit? I’ve done the same width tire on a 22x10 fuel contra. They mount without an issue and are wearing great. Are you just trying to ask what the largest tire you can run is?

I went to 3 tire shops this weekend and all 3 had trouble getting the tire to bead on those wheels. Maybe it’s the brand of tire? I have Bridgestone Dueler H/L 275/55r20. I have 20x10 -19 Fuel Contra and the shops all had the same issue saying there isn’t enough sidewall.

I’m not trying to invalidate anything you’re saying, and it must be frustrating. If you take a look at the image below, the tires I successfully installed have less give than yours due to the shorter sidewall. Still doesn’t help you though. Just a note- 285/70/20 isn’t a standard size, but is close to 35’s. There are plenty of people here that have installed 35’s on just about any offset you could think of. Also, customwheeloffset.com has an archive of user-submitted vehicles. You can search your size (filtered to new rams) and see a bunch of examples.
