Need help with ECM replacement

I’m having some misfire issues. The mechanic had it for 10 days and said he just about used every fancy tool/testing equipment he’s got in the shop and came to the conclusion that my computer is failing to send the right signals to the injectors. So I need a new ECM which are discontinued! I’m looking on eBay but every one I find dosent exactly match my part number. The number on the pcm in the truck now is P68378746AI. I know the two letters at the end dosent matter but dose the rest? Do I have to find and exact match? When I look it up on Mopar with my VIN# it’s a different part number than what I have. Any help would be appreciated!!
