need help, 2022 rebel offset wheels question

Hello everyone I have a stock 2022 rebel, I want to swap wheels to -18mm offset 18inch and reuse OEM tires, will it rub the weather tech mud flaps?
I have seen people put 2 inch wheel spacers on stock rebel and they rub the flap at full turn, so I am wondering if -18mm offset wheel does the same thing?
