Yes. The Uconnect subscription mostly pertains to starting/finding your truck from your phone and 'send-n-go'. The factory nav is fully functional without it.

The only thing with the factory nav is it will need updating from time to time , I haven’t updated one before but I don’t think it’s cheap .
