navigation voice

I dont understand why the voice buton doesnt work properly on the 21 limited ram.why do i have to type in address manually when there is a voice speak button?The voice button is allmost like greyed out like it doesnt work unless u pay for a additional service wtf, Btw i dont know what you experiance is with the navigation ..but might be the worth navi ever had in truck..the address is not found 50% of time,so long to set it up etc...whats the feelings on this?Also got letter in the mail saying my navi map is out if date and should pay 99$ for newest map..what do we think

Pay for the service and it will work. Or just use your phone and have the most updated maps. Everyone requires a subscription service for factory nav. That's why almost everyone just uses AA or CarPlay for the best experience.

oo i didnt know that what is the serv price? and doesnt that just give me live help etc?
