Mystery connection port near spare tire ‘20

Hey everyone, new to this forum. I recently installed a Leer Topper on my 2020 ram Laramie mega. As I went to wire the third brake light I came across this 4 pin plug tucked up behind the spare tire. I saw a purple/white I was hoping to splice into for the brake light, but curious if mopar makes a female adaptor to this plug and what the other wires are for. There is black, yellow, red, white…
I do have towing technology package on this truck.

Is there a female adapter? What does each wire power? Here are the pictures for reference
