My VIN isn't in https://www.ram.com/qa/en/towing-guide.html

I took delivery of the truck in late April. I have tried this several times since then, but it won't accept my VIN (which I am sure is correct). Does this webpage work for everyone else or am I using the wrong one to get the actual weights for my truck?

Not sure your VIN will run on the NA site.
