No packaging. They are sold in the nuts and bolts section, individually in those slide out plastic trays. 40¢ each.

I might just go pick those up as they look cleaner than the body plug I used. The inside diameter is probably the same making it a tight fit, but the ACE ones shown almost give it the "door's locked" look rather than just covering it up.

Yes, they fit pretty tight. The top of the plug is textured like the door grommet, but it's glossy and looks out of place. I took a wet Magic Eraser to the surface and it took the gloss right off.
