Excellent. I had asked the following question elsewhere but I don't think I got an answer. Is there any problem having a Headache rack and a tonneau like the Lomax?

I don't think so, you only need the tonneau kit
This kit rise the rack around 3/4 to 1" inch to keep enogh space under the brackets to avoid obstruct or squeeze your tonneau cover
