My backup keys inside fob don't work?

I discovered today that neither of the physical backup keys inside my key fobs will unlock the door of my truck. I'm the original owner of the truck, I wonder how that happened?

Mine works. Thanks for the heads up. Never thought about checking. Would suck finding out they don't work in an emergency.

I too had to go check. Mine’s Ok. Bit of a thread drift, I recently traded my Jeep JLU in on a Ram. I miss the Jeep but like the Ram much better. Pretty much all JK owners complain about the fob. Those suckers are huge, shaped like a bar of soap and will not snap together as they should. How could one company make a fob as nice as the Ram and as bad as the JL?

Dealer successfully took care of it. My keys were correct for the VIN, the lock cylinders were wrong and Ram sent new ones to be installed that fixed the issue.
