For some odd reason being on lockdown has me looking at swapping tires. I’m currently on Nittos 35x12.50 R20 and am thinking about 37x12.50 instead. Any thoughts plus or minus, take in account this truck does not go off road at all.

IME, not sure the 4" is gonna be sufficient unless your like me and NOT apposed to a little "customizing" with a cut off wheel. This is on a 6" lift, it's still settling and I'll eventually add a few turns to the coil stop, but currently I have 45 3/4" clear to the lip of the fender well. I had to nip/tuck a minor amount on the backs of the front fenders, but obviously had the clearance with the high cut bumper on the fronts. These Nitto 37x12.5xR20 are 36.54" tall

I'll also say, I'm NO expert. This is the first time I'm on 37's.

My truck is actually lifted 5”s due to what else has been added and the front wheel well have been trimmed all the way back already. So I’m good there, just a matter of I’ve yet to personally see 37” tires on a 5th gen near me.

I have been debating the same thing for a couple months. 37s look really good on these trucks. Have yet to see one with less than 6" with 37s though.

That’s the part that has me pulling the reins on ordering. It sucks as it seems you can do 35’s with a 2” but for those 37’s you need the full 6”...

Personally I think those 35's look perfect..

Perhaps go down to an 18” wheel with a 35. To me it looks larger and fills up the wheel well more.

Dude you are hilarious. I’ve enjoyed watching your truck morph over time. Looking forward to seeing what you end up going with.

If I can find an 18” wheel that is NOT black and stylish then I have no problem swapping out. Just can’t do the “ black “ wheel thing lol. Thanks although my accountant doesn’t find me funny, but hey at least he gets to keep his Mercedes by my indecisiveness. :)
