Multiple service lights come on and off randomly

New to the Ram world and love my 2020 Ram Rebel but as of recently I have had nothing but problems with it. It all started with a leaking rear window which was under the recall. I took it to the local ram dealer to get it fixed and they shot a bunch of silicone in the channel after having the truck for 4 days. Thought the issue was fixed but about a week later I noticed it was still leaking. I took it back in and the deal tells me I need a new rear window. (apparently now there tsb says not to replace the window) I called Ram cares and they said there is nothing they can do and it is due to neglect (all without seeing anything) anyway fast forward a few days after getting the truck back ( I did not have them replace the rear window as they wanted $2100) and now I get a service air bag light, service traction control, blind spot sensor not available, and park sense not available going off on the dash. A parking brake light, the e-torque light, a check engine light all came on as well. I plugged a code reader in and got multiple stored codes. Any suggestions where to start diagnosing? These lights will be on and then sometimes hours later after sitting locked will all turn off. I have a brand new agm battery I put in a week or so before the rear window leak so that is new. ( I did check the battery voltage with a multi meter with the truck running and it was 14.3 volts. When turned off it was at 12.3 volts which seams a bit lower than I am used to in other vehicles). I am at my wits end with this truck and have only owned it for a few months between the leaking rear window and now the electrical issues I don't know which way to go.
