Morimoto M-LED

Posted about this before but problem wasn’t what I had expected the first time. Had a local shop change the stock halogen headlights on my 2021 1500 BigHorn to some morimoto M-LED projectors retrofitted. Passenger side Hi/Lo work fine, but my driver side has been “stuck” on high beam since installing. Does not project any low beam. Anyone have any suggestions as to why that may be ?
I’ve read a few forums about the shield being stuck in the projector ? Also read a few saying to change the polarity of the wiring. Of course those were forums not on a 5th gen so before doing some trouble shooting would like some feedback on how I can fix this problem. Thanks !

Did you reach out to Morimoto or whomever did the retrofit? Morimoto sometimes has decent customer service, they may be able to point you in the right direction. A good retrofitter may have some wiring experience and can possibly point you in the right direction.
