Mopar Sliding Toolbox

I am wondering if anyone has a mopar hard tonneau cover and have installed the utility rails with the mopar toolbox that installs on the utility rails? I am looking into purchasing this toolbox and rails but want to make sure it will fit under my tonneau cover. its one of those deals where if I order it, I own it. It will be going on a '19 Rebel with mopar tonneau cover and without rambox.

Guys, I have seached and searched...Is anybody running Utility rails (82215285AB), with Toolbox (82211356AB) AND a retrax pro? My concern(s) are will utility rail interfere with retrax brackets? Will retrax locking/stopping mechanism contact toolbox on retraction? Can anyone with a Retrax...
