For me, it was a no brainer. The added care plus was less than $1100 for 8/96.

I did the 7/100 Maximum Care for $1,655. I’m towing a 7k# trailer 11k miles on a 15K yearly total. Considering the truck retailed over $63k I found this a wise option and hope I never need to use it.

I bough my Mopar Maximum Care 7 year/60K warranty for $970 from Granger.

Mine was cheap because of the 60K miles, but I only average 4,500 miles a year, so it fits how I drive this truck.

It's worth it to me, I normally would be fine with the 5 yr / 60k powertrain that remains, but with all the other electronic stuff in this truck, I like the peace of mind, it's fully refundable if you don't use it.
