Missing Tool

So tonight I went out to pull one of my wheels off to Plasti Dip it. I removed the cover from the scissor jack and removed the wing nut. Slid the jack out, looked under the seat to retrieve the tools and saw nothing but emptiness. No lug wrench or extensions not even a bag. WTF?? Glad I never had a flat while I was on the road. Anyone else seen this before? Will it be covered under warranty or what?

The bag is velcroed to the jack with the capless fuel tank funnel in a perfect world. Id be asking for it under warranty.
