Missing the Theme option from my display settings

Just like the title says, my 2019 Ram Big Horn does not have the Theme option. I just have whatever default theme it comes with.

Do I need to upgrade my system for that option?

You need the 8.4 NAV system to get themes; the non-NAV system doesn't have them.
