I just installed the bed rails in my 2022 1500 with 5’7” bed. I’d like to be able to mount a packout box on one of the bed rails near the tailgate.

I bought a mounting plate for a pack out, but it will take some decent modification to work if I decide to go that route. I thought I’d ask here to see if anybody else had solutions.

Any suggestions are appreciated!

these will go into the bed rail
drill applicable holes/ enlarge existing holes on the packout panel, use applicable bolts, washers, and split washers and blue loctite and viola, you're done.

if wheel well clearance is an issue, use longer bolts and spacers. or make a bracket that's the same box shape as the panel but in 2-d design and bolt the top of the panel and the box you create to the bed rail using t nuts i proved, then on the bottom bolt the panel to the box you create, then use longer spacers and rubber grommets/ pads on the bottom two long long bolts so they sit on the bed side with tension to not move around.
