2020 Ram Laramie mild hybrid. Problems with mild hybrid alternator, can’t find a replacement. Any help out there? And is there some factory support group to help owners find parts when dealers don’t have any in stock? Thanks.

You mean the eTorque generator? Yeah, good luck. They are hard to find. Maybe a junkyard. I've seen several people looking for them. I don't know of any support group except this forum.
