After my heater core was replaced there was an issue with my media ports, my system would cycle incessantly from aux to fm to bluetooth. It was particularly bad after going over bumps or train tracks. I have an appointment (3rd one) soon to try and sort it out.
I was curious to see if I could bypass this issue in the meantime by using a little Bluetooth receiver in the aux port. This actually worked and so I took the bluetooth receiver off of the 1/8” jack to see if it would still work - it did. Still need the appointment but I can actually listen to music or use the phone and Nav without losing my mind now. Who woulda thought.
