Max Trailer dash light

I have looked everywhere and can't find any information on this dash light. It says max and has a picture of a trailer under it. It comes on a few minutes after hooking up my boat and cutting on tow/haul mode.

What does it mean?

It resets your blind spot monitoring to the length of your trailer. The max range is 39.5 ft.
