My first order was screwed up so I refused delivery. I reordered (even added/removed a couple of things). They just transferred my deposit to the new order. Don't know how it would be handled if I just changed my mind!
First 'change' is Free.., Second time, you lose your deposit.. I know from experience.. Started with a Rebel order, switched to a TRX..
I worked with Sandi.. she was awesome.. btw

In my case it was their fault so no issue. If the second order was screwed up, and their fault, I do not have any doubt they would reorder and transfer the deposit. Totally different story if I just decided I wanted a different trim level mid production.

So In your case twice and done is understandable.

do you mind elaborating on what happened and why you needed to reorder?

Don't mind at all. Ordered in June '21 (details in sig). Was built 10/29 but they left off adaptive cruise and surround camera! The camera was a deal breaker! Aaron tried to get the factory to run another build down the line but couldn't talk them into it. Reordered 11/3 (transferred deposit) and added MFT and ram boxes. Window sticker popped 1/1/2022. It got to MD 1/14 and I drove down 1/26 to take delivery.

In my case It worked out fine since I got to adjust my order and glad I did! Absolutely love MFT and Ram Boxes. I hung on to my 2011 GMC until the RAM came in so I never went without a truck.

was it a covid supply issue for the reason they left out those two options or did they just screw up at the factory?

Has anyone bought off the lot from MD? I know you get best deal by ordering but do they go down off there listed price for trucks on the lot at all. It seems to be about 5% off msrp for trucks on the lot vs 12% by ordering

Production delay was due to supply chain, the factory dealing with covid/worker shortage/ etc.... But I was monitoring this site multiple times a day checking others BW and WS.
Many other builds included my missing options so, I have to assume it was just screwed up.

My truck was delivered to Mark Dodge yesterday. Robert Hardesty and Melinda Smith made the transaction smooth and painless. Also bought the Mopar Max Care Warranty at the same time for a great price. Best car buying experience ever. Mark Dodge is the best.

I’ll add mine to this as well.
2023 Limited, Patriot Blue, Equipment Package 1 and Body Color Bumper
Ordered 9/21
VIN received 9/23.

Status is still all TBD, no shock there.

What is the new base price for 4x4 '23 Limited? I heard they just increased the prices a week and a half ago.

Hey everyone, new to the group and glad to be here! Ram 1500 is in a class of its own!
Looking at purchasing a custom order 2023 Ram Limited 4x4 with MD. Just received the quote and wanted to see how it compares.
Any insight would be greatly appreciated!

To answer the question from the last post about base price, it looks like it's $67,250 for 2023.

That looks like it tracks. I went with the V8, no Night Edition (wish it was available on that blue), standard tank, no trailer group, and it was 65.

Kicking around the idea of ordering a SRW 3500. Anyone ordered one from MD lately? Wondering if they're dealing on those like they did my 1500. Will probably give Aaron a call Monday either way.

12% below MSRP, that's similar to what I got for the 2023 Laramie I ordered and I think that's what most people get from MD

I was able to get the 0% financing offered this month. I had a choice of taking the incentives that were available when I ordered or that were currently available.
