I know that there are same posts.
I also know that to fix i need to disconnet cable from battery for 10 mins or to take off overhead console and reconnect.
But I have this issue 2-3 times in the week. And every time to take cable from battery is very anoing. Dealer cant help. Saying that fca is know about this and working on it. But my truck 3 month old and this problem like i understand was from begining on ram. So from 2018. Those who have same issue, is your dealer fix it? If yes what they done with it?
