Map from Phone will not update

I just bought a 2019 Ram. When I plug up my Samsung phone, the map on the screen says I am in Detroit Michigan and will not update location. When I unplug my phone, the updates back to my location on my phone. Plug it in again and it shows up Detroit? Anyone know how to fix this!!

No. North Carolina. Sometimes it works fine, other times says I am either in Detroit or Rockford
