Is this a "thing", common with the new EcoDiesel or am I just unlucky? The check engine light on my two-week-old Ram 1500 stays lit up and the dealer says it is a faulty EGR vacuum line that needs to be replaced. I hope this is only a fluke and not a sign of things to come.
I know the Gen 3 emissions system is complex...but a failure at just 110 miles...please! I was expecting something like a loose fitting or hose or software update, not this.
Anybody here know of this issue...especially in a brand new Ram EcoDiesel? This doesn't instil confidence...
