Maintenance on Ram Site

I have logged all of my maintenance on the Ram site. Went in today and it says "It looks like you don’t have any maintenance records added to your account. When you’re ready, you can conveniently add them to help you stay organized." Fantastic!

Even though it doesn't show on the report I use Carfax maintenance thing to record everything I do. I don't know if you could upload receipts to Ram's website but you can to carfax.

It's nice because if you do go into a dealer for anything and they report to carfax, you'll see those services populate there too.

I’ve been able to see what I’ve posted before, but now it’s all gone. I even updated it today with one I knew I had forgot to log, and it disappeared too.

I got on chat with Stellantis Customer Care yesterday, apparently they are having issues with the website. They claimed they ar working on it.

I'm not holding my breath.

BTW my 77k miles of maint. records are also gone.

Well I checked yesterday, and it looks as though all my maint. records have been restored.

Have my records but it did not come up smoothly and received the following message, "NOTE: We are aware of an issue with our Service Records feature and are working hard to resolve. Please check back again soon, and thank you for your patience."

For DIY records you posted, they are there, I get that message sometimes (for the last few months), I have to fiddle with some of the links to get to the right section, but they are all there. Their website sucks since they likely have a 3rd party handling it these days, thanks Tavares.

I highly recommend you also keep a separate log of your DIY services, I use an Excel spreadsheet and also screenshot all my receipts.

Every time i visit the dealer, I get an e-mail from Carfax asking how the service went.
