well if it's just the ARE cap then depends on how heavy it is and whether you'll have other constant load in the bed and go from there.

It’s around 200 pounds and then I have about another 50 pounds of gear in the bed. Plus All the slider/skid plate/winch weight which isn’t insubstantial.

i wouldn't worry too much about sliders skid plate winch to play too much into rear side.

are those 50lb of gears always in?

I was wondering more about slider/winch/skid plate weight for the front end springs. The sliders are heavier than I expected.

But that’s just what I have when I’m doing a camping trip, usually it’s just the cap + a little weight for miscellaneous stuff in the bed.

you'll be fine with the HD coils.
The front may need to up the spring rate due to the winch. But if it's just sliders and skid plate the front is gonna be ok.
