Lump in driver's seat back

2025 Tungsten. Seems like I'm leaning on a golf ball. Seat massagers work, but this one particular bump will not go away. It's about halfway up the left side of the driver's seat. Turning massage feature on and off doesn't seem to help. Heading to dealership next week. Anyone had this happen?

Damn, I assume that wasn’t there on the test drive lol. Hope the dealership makes it right.

There are several reports on the RHO forum of stuck massagers as well. One guy even had his replaced under warranty and it’s doing the same thing with the new parts.
