Hey there, fairly new to this forum...

I have a 2019 Crew Cab Sport 4WD and am looking to lower it, however from whatever I've researched I can't seem to nail down what the most practical option is...

Its super important that I retain the "trucks abilities" while also ensuring its safe and reliable at the same time.

Does anyone have any recommendations on a 2/4 or 3/5 kit that will not affect the capabilities and functionality of the 4WD system, minimizes or eliminates any negative front camber following lowering it, ability to correct the alignment to near factory specs after lowering it, minimal to zero bottoming out issues, avoidance of rear end alignment,

I would plan to install helper bags to the rear coils, as towing is a must as well.

Appreciate any and all feedback the group has!

Note: My truck is on the top, and the bottom is what I'd like to see when it's all said and done.

Maxtrac and BellTech are your best options. I'm going with the BellTech even with the issues identified in the review.

Search through the ”Suspension“ section. There is a ton of info there on this exact topic. The two listed above are probably two of the most detailed ones, but there are many.

That's my truck on the bottom pic, I dont get on as much as I'd like too. It's a max trac 2/4 kit but set lower at like 3/5 it will hit the driver side rear upper control arm mount on big dips and when loaded or gas tank full.. but it's not bad at all really have to be loaded heavy for it to happen. The alignment isn't perfect but I like a slight negative camber kinda hot rod look anyway, but max trac now makes upper control arms for that. And to fix the rear I'll be installing my IHC 4-Link relocation brackets it frees up so much more travel. Other then that it's been perfect the past few years and always get compliments on the ride quality and looks. I pull my 20ft Champion bass boat all the time no issues but I'm wanting to go a lil lower but I think I'll be pushing my luck when I pull the boat so idk yet. Also had 305/45r22 nittos in the pic up top and I hated the balloon look, went back to the factory 285/45s and love the look much better.

I did mine different. I went with the adjustable struts for the front set to lower it 1". I used to have the 2" drop springs for the back but still had too much rake and it squatted way to much when pulling my boat. I removed the coil springs and replaced with them with Firestone Ride-Rite air springs. Now I can set the rear to where it's lowered 3" and the truck is perfect at 1/3 drop. Still looks like a truck but you can tell it's not stock height. I kept the lines separate as my passenger side was always a little higher so I run 50lbs in the drivers bag and 45 in the passenger. The ride is awesome whether I'm empty or pulling my boat. When I hook up to my boat, I add 20lbs to each bag and it sits level. I will soon be adding an onboard compressor that'll bluetooth to my phone and can adjust the pressure that way instead using my battery mini compressor that I keep in the center console.
