I believe u can remove the lower grille without dropping the bumper... at least I hope so since i have to swap mine out when I put my lightbar on!

If I recall correctly, it's bolts on the top and clips on the bottom.

I somehow ordered 2 lower grilles, going to pick up the other one in the next couple of days if anyone is interested.
