Low speed circuit?

Looking to add a parking camera (aftermarket) to my new-to-me 21 Bighorn. Was hoping to find a circuit that would trigger "on" and provide 12v at low speed (5mph or less?) to provide automated power to the camera.
Not finding anything via Google or searching the forum.
