Low profile replacement for shark fin antennae? (2020 w/ Nav)

Anyone know if there is a lower profile antennae that can replace the shark fin? Mostly worried about clearance once I put my lift on, but also I don't care for the looks of it.

I broke mine off on my garage door and had to replace it. There were no aftermarket options out there when I was looking. I had to go with OEM and paid around $600.00!
