Low Profile front mud flaps guards done.

I was looking for a low profile mud flap to cover thw front tire a bit more. Protect the side of the truck and the rear fender.... found nothing...so I ordered the weathertech guards for the 19 limited and cut them down with a cutoff wheel, smoother them with a belt sander then rolled thw edge with a heat gun.

Thanks. I was unsure about wanting to install the rears because the front was the main issue. . Gonna run fronts only for a bit and see

Ha ha I dod the same. The rears are sitting on my workbench still.

That looks good and you still have good clearance, I have a new set of Wethertech's in the box I have not installed as I had second thoughts about them especially with losing the clearance like being able to drive off a curb without tearing off the mud flaps.

This is what I'm debating on doing. I like the mopar lengths but don't like the design. I like the weathertech & husky designs but I don't like longer lengths. Did you use a template for the length & corners or did you eye ball it?

just eyeballed it. kept the margin the same across from the seam... for the cost of them its not much risk/

My truck came factory with small splash guards that look exactly like that. They're worthless. My doors still get nasty and gravel still pelts my rocker panels. I just ordered some rubber and I'm going to make real mud flaps that are actually functional for mine.
