Could be. Disconnect the amp under the drivers seat and see if it goes away

I have a 21 Laramie and discovered that if one of my grandkids opens a "back window" at highway speeds and all the others are up I get a deep pulsating sound, if the window is up, no sound or open a second window to equalize the pressure and the sound goes away. worked for me.
