Check the fuses and loose/broken wires in the rear bumper/tailgate bundle. I can't even imagine your frustration and anger. If you have access to a code reader, see what may lead you to a solution.
Good luck with the solution. Based on the in-service date (the date the truck was first sold/titled), you may still be under the 3/36 factory warranty.

Planned on trying that tomorrow.
Factory reset made no difference.
I got the blue screen of death in my 24 and lost the cam and many functions. Did an update and a reset, with no blue screen in 10 monrhs.
I thought it may be Stellantis doing their sneaky unwanted updates without our knowledge. You can go to "about" and find your version #.
Then you'll have to ask around to determine what the latest version is.

I entered my VIN in the Uconnect website and it said my unit is up to date. I have the 12” unit.
Did you do some sort of manual update? Uconnect says my unit is up to date.

The v 40.1 is for the UC 4 on the 12 inch screen not any other radio or UC Version. The UC version in 22 and above is the UC v 5, so there will be different version numbers for those UC 5 systems.
